Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – July 29, 2024) – Vizsla Royalties Corp. (“Vizsla Royalties” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce that it has closed the first tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Offering“) for gross proceeds of C$4,967,498. A total of 82,791,636 common shares of the Company (each, a “Share“) have been issued at a price of C$0.06 per Share.

Net proceeds from the Offering are expected to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The Offering is being conducted to satisfy the initial listing requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The closing of the final tranche of the Offering is anticipated to occur on July 30, 2024, and is subject to customary closing conditions.
