TORONTO, ONTARIO, January 9, 2014 – Vendome Resources Corp. (“Vendome”) (TSX VENTURE:VDR) (FRANKFURT:9VR) announces the resignation of Messrs. Franz Kozich-Koschitzky and J. Andrew McQuire from its Board of Directors.
Vendome has already initiated the process of adding quality members to its Board of Directors and is currently meeting with a highly qualified individual to join the Board in the near future. Vendome will also hire a new CFO and the selection process is in progress.
