Cronus Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has filed and mailed the management information circular for the special meeting of shareholders to be held on March 22, 2010 to consider and, if deemed advisable, to approve, among other things, a special resolution approving the previously announced proposed amalgamation between Cronus and Continental Gold Limited.
