(“Oremex” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:OAG)(OTCQX:ORAGF)(FRANKFURT:OSI) announces Q2 and six month financial results for fiscal 2013. For the second quarter the Company recorded a loss of ($202,301) or ($0.00) cents per share compared to a loss of ($612,803) or ($0.00) per share in Q2 2012. For the six month period the Company recorded a loss of ($496,598) or ($0.00) per share compared to a loss of ($1,257,376) or ($0.01) per share for the six month period in 2012.
The Company also announces that health-related issues have led to the inability of the previous Chief Financial Officer to continue fulfill his role. In the interim Executive Chairman John Carlesso has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer while the Company seeks a permanent replacement.
