August 28, 2012, Vancouver, BC – Mundoro Capital Inc. (TSX-V: MUN) (“Mundoro” or the “Company”) announces that it firmly stands behind all procedures followed during the Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders held yesterday, August 27, 2012 in Vancouver.

The Company, on behalf of shareholders, will defend any continuing actions by the dissident group regarding the outcome of the Annual General and Special Meeting.

The Company is disappointed that the dissident group continues to dispute matters that have been decided upon by shareholders.
