“CAL22-05 intersected the strongest gold mineralization at Cervantes in the project’s history. This discovery further advances the California gold zone in demonstrating the open pit heap leach gold potential of the project. Overall, the 2021-2022 RC drill program continues to return strong gold grades over broad widths in every drill hole reported to date.”

Mel Herdrick, Sonoro’s VP of Exploration commented, “These results indicate that we are successfully extending gold mineralization at Cerro Caliche while simultaneously demonstrating the potential for higher-grade mineralized zones deeper in the system.”

“Our Phase II drill program of aggressive step-outs has yielded high-grade silver results at the Cotera, Minas Nuevas and San José veins, significantly expanding the known mineralized footprint of each target,” stated Darrell Rader, Minaurum President and CEO. “We are now planning to transition to more closely-spaced drilling as we advance the Alamos project. Sean Roosen, CEO of Osisko Development commented, “The 2021 diamond drill campaign at our San Antonio Project was successful in defining and expanding the known zones as shown by these recent results. The Sapuchi, Golfo de Oro, and California Zones trend for approximately three kilometers and there are at least a dozen other targets at surface that remain unexplored or underexplored along a ten kilometer strike.”

Heliostar CEO, Charles Funk, commented: “The maiden drill program at Cumaro targeted the rock beneath high grade surface results at the Verde discovery. It is also testing for mineralization in the eastern half of the property. These first results from the Verde indicate the veins are not as robust at depth and contain lower grades.”

“Building on the excellent high-grade gold and silver maiden mineral resource estimate, the high recoveries of gold and silver from the flotation and leaching test work reinforce attractive project metrics for our Copalquin District in Mexico.”

In 2022, Pan American plans to drill 55,000 metres at La Colorada for a cost of $18 million to $20 million to further explore and infill drill the skarn and adjacent veins.

Two fences of drilling have now been completed on each side of the previously drilled fence of holes on the California shallow oxide gold target with the objective of expanding the size of the zone identified in 2017-2018 drilling.
