Torex Discovers Gold South of the Balsas River

Torex Gold Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that the initial drill program at its Media Luna target, south of the Balsas River, on the Morelos Project in Mexico, has discovered consistent gold mineralization over a 900 meter strike length. The first five holes drilled into the Media Luna target are reported, with intervals that include 6.13 g/t Au, 58.7 g/t Ag, and 2.40% Cu over 4.8m in ML-01, and 4.27 g/t Au, 9.0 g/t Ag and 0.78% Cu, over 4.4m in ML-02, and 6.56 g/t Au, 10 g/t Ag and 1.15% Cu, over 7.1m in ML-08.

Geologix Outlines New 1800 x 600 Metre Gold And Silver Enriched Zone At Tepal With Surface Results Up To 6.88 g/t Gold And 433 g/t Silver

Geologix Explorations Inc. is pleased to report results from a 1.8 x 0.6 kilometre gold and silver enriched zone identified by extensive rock sampling. The area called Target Area #3 is located 1 km north of the proposed prefeasibility mill location. Highlight samples from Target Area #3 include 6.88 grams per tonne gold over 2.0 metres and 433 g/t silver over 1.6m. A total of 656 rock chip samples were collected, of which 68 samples are 217% higher in gold and 233 samples are 1036% higher in silver than the current Measured and Indicated resource grades being used in the prefeasibility study. Northair Provides Update on Sierra Rosario Silver / Gold Project, Mexico

International Northair Mines Ltd. (TSXV: INM) (the “Company” or “Northair”) is pleased to announce that two core holes have been completed in its current drill program (see Northair press release dated May 29, 2012) at the Sierra Rosario silver/gold project located in Sinaloa State, Mexico. Results from these holes will be reported once assays have been received and interpreted by the Company.

VVC Exploration Discovers 4 km, Gold Mineralized, Trend on Its Cumeral Property, Sonora State, MX

VVC Exploration Corporation is pleased to announce the results of a geological mapping, rock and soil geochemical exploration program in the southern segment of its Cumeral Property, located 70 km to the south of the US border, in Sonora State, Mexico. The exploration program was carried out by independent geological consultants and a National Instrument 43-101 report on the property is being prepared by Michel Boily, PhD, P. Geo. It will be released when completed.

Goldgroup Provides Permitting and Project Update at Caballo Blanco and Election of Board of Directors

Goldgroup Mining Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed the next stage of its permitting process at the Caballo Blanco project by submitting responses to the list of comments from the Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recurso Naturales, also known as the Ministry of Environmental and Natural Resources, received on March 13, 2012, regarding its previously submitted Environmental Impact Statement. Goldgroup’s responses were filed within the 60 working day timeframe provided by SEMARNAT. The responses are standard procedure in the environmental permitting process and are meant to clarify certain aspects of Goldgroup’s permit application, as well as facilitate SEMARNAT’s review of the EIS. The environmental permitting process is governed by Mexican federal law and regulations.

Cangold Advances Metallurgical Program to Pre-Feasibility Level for Ixhuatan Gold-Silver Project

Cangold Limited is pleased to announce that metallurgical testing for the Ixhuatan Gold-Silver Project in Chiapas, Mexico has been advanced to a pre-feasibility level. Phase 1 metallurgical testing at SGS Lakefield, Canada consisted of a scoping level gold recovery test program to define the plant process flowsheet. Testwork results indicated recoveries averaging 87% (range of 82-93%). The average grade obtained by SGS Lakefield for the four drill core samples tested (see news release May 1, 2012) was 2.77g/t gold.
