International Northair Mines Ltd. is pleased to announce the receipt of continued positive results from the latest metallurgical test work carried out on samples from the La Cigarra silver project, located in north central Mexico. Recoveries of silver range from 85% to 90%.

Minaurum Gold Inc. is pleased to report that it has amended the terms of its option agreements on the Jackie and El Porfido projects. The amended terms extend the payment schedule and provide Minaurum with increased flexibility managing its cash resources as it advances its projects in the Guerrero Gold Belt toward drilling.

Primero Mining Corp. today announced a mine and mill expansion of its San Dimas gold-silver mine in Mexico. The Company has elected a staged approach to the full expansion and has approved the expenditure of a total $14.4 million to expand the San Dimas mine and mill to 912,500 tonnes per year or 2,500 tonnes per day. Construction of the mine and mill expansion will begin immediately, with an estimated completion during the first quarter of 2014.

Golden Tag Resources Ltd. is pleased to provide additional results from its 5,500 meters drill program on the San Diego Property, Durango State, Mexico. Hole SD-12-50A, the fourth hole of the current phase 6 program confirms continuous mineralization over very significant widths in association with mineralized diorite. Further drilling will be needed to establish the exact geometry of this new zone. Additional positive results from other holes of the program were presented in the Company’s news release of September 24, 2012.

First Mexican Gold Corp. would like to announce that it has received partial results from the recent drill program with results from its first two step out holes on the Karen zone with two holes yet to be reported. These holes were drilled some 36 meters above the fourth and fifth holes.

Southridge Enterprises Inc. is pleased to announce today that Southridge Minerals, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a definitive agreement with San Dimas Mineria S.A. to acquire a 100% interest in the “La Canita” Gold property, in the state of Durango, Mexico. The Purchase Price for the assets comprising the mineral concessions “La Canita” shall be USD$3,550,000. La Canita is located in the San Dimas mining municipality of Durango, in close proximity to the Sinaloa border.

Mr. George A. Brown, President of MacMillan Minerals Inc., is pleased to announce additional results from the diamond drilling, trenching, and sampling programs at the Las Cucharas Gold and Silver Project in Mexico. Mr. William Hamilton, P. Geo., Manager of Exploration, is a Qualified Person under the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for all technical information contained in this news release.

Mexus Gold received a geological report prepared by an independent geologist covering part of the Julio Property near the current placer plant and northward toward the Julio Vein. The property is situated on or near the Mojave-Sonora Mega Shear Zone which is well known as a major source of gold bearing zones presently being mined by several major gold production companies. The following is a summary of the findings of the report:

Canadian-based Excellon Resources Inc. and the USW union along with their a Mexican-based non-governmental organization have been battling it out regarding Excellon’s wholly owned La Platosa mine in Durango, Mexico and it has been far from amicable.

San Marco Resources Inc. has received additional assay results from underground sampling of old workings and reports on additional exploration activities at its Angeles property in Sonora state, Mexico. As previously reported (News Release dated September 10, 2012), the Company’s geologists had accessed old underground workings and commenced channel sampling across structures as well as adjacent footwall breccia. Most of these workings (apparently 90 – 100 years old) have collapsed, however 2 levels below the main access adit were sampled along approximately 20 meters of strike. Where possible, the adjacent footwall breccia and the hanging wall shear zones were sampled.
