Animas Reduces Operating Costs, Grants Options, Drops Ariel

Kootenay Silver Announces 30,000 Meter, Multi?]Phase Drill and Resource Expansion

Kootenay Silver Inc. is pleased to announce that, further to its press release dated October 31, 2012, announcing that the Company had closed a fully subscribed, $8,253,000 brokered private placement financing, it has secured drilling contracts and has begun mobilizing drill rigs to commence a major, multi-phase, 30,000 meter drill and resource expansion program on its flagship Promontorio Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico. The upcoming drill and resource expansion program is expected to employ up to five drill rigs at full capacity, representing the single largest drilling campaign conducted on the Promontorio project to date.

Arian Silver Signs Definitive Contract for New 500 tpd Processing Plant

Arian Silver Corporation, a silver exploration, development and production company with a focus on projects in the silver belt of Mexico, is pleased to announce the signing of a definitive contract for exclusive use of a newly refurbished processing plant located close to the City of Zacatecas. Golden Tag Results Extend Zone in SD-12-50A to 362.6 Meters Grading 135 g/t Ag.EQ(i) and SD-12-50W Confirms Continuity in Discovery Area, San Diego Project, Mexico

Golden Tag Resources Ltd. is pleased to provide additional results from the recently completed 5,500 metre program of diamond drilling on the San Diego Property, Durango State, Mexico. New assay results are now available for SD-12-50A, from 944 metres to 1049.10 metres (EOH.); and, for SD-12-50W, a wedge-cut from -50A. Hole -50W is the fifth and final hole of the current program. All five holes confirm strong continuity to Silver-, Lead- and Zinc-rich mineralization within a broad zone of stockwork veining and alteration along the Southeast Contact of the Central Diorite Intrusion. Mineralization remains open for further extension and additional drilling will be needed to establish the exact geometry of this new zone.

Almaden Discovers New High Grade Area Outside Resource Shell, Hits 134.20 Meters of 4.1 g/t AuEq (3.76 g/t Au, 18.1 g/t Ag) on Main Ixtaca Zone

Almaden Minerals Ltd. is pleased to announce the discovery of a new volcanic hosted high-grade area along the trend of the Main Ixtaca Zone with holes TU-12-222, 224, 225 and 227, all drilled from the same pad. These holes were drilled on section 11+000E, outside of the resource shell, and located 50 meters northeast of the closest holes that will be part of Almaden’s maiden resource report. For the first time in the Ixtaca drill program visible gold has been identified in a high grade sample from hole TU-12-224.

Timmins Gold intersects new mineralized zone approximately 1 km to the east of the San Francisco pit

Timmins Gold Corp. is pleased to announce that its ongoing drill program continues to extend and expand the mineralization at the San Francisco Gold Mine, located in the State of Sonora, Mexico. The San Francisco Gold Mine is comprised of two pits, the larger San Francisco pit (SF Pit) and the La Chicharra Pit located approximately 1.5 km to the west. A total of 35,455 meters in 148 holes were drilled from July to the end of September, 2012. Timmins Gold is continuing with its ongoing drill program and currently has four reverse circulation rigs and one core drill rig working on site.
