Excellon rejects claim of irregularities at Mexico mine

Silver miner Excellon Resources Inc rejected a non-governmental organization’s claim that Mexican regulators have found environmental irregularities at its La Platosa mine, which has seen a number of protests over the last six months.

Mexus Trinidad, association operated by Mexus Enterprises S.A. de C.V. has begun its operations on the joint venture properties in the State of Sonora, Mexico. The first objective was to establish the details of the new organization of the two companies Mexus Enterprises S.A. de C.V. and Trinidad Pacifica S. de R.L. de C.V. the company which currently owns the leases and concession rights to the mining properties. This transition is completed and working well.

Orex and Astral Announce Signing of Arrangement Agreement

Orex Minerals Inc. and Astral Mining Corporation announce that further to their joint press release dated October 15, 2012, they have entered into an arrangement agreement which provides for, among other things, the acquisition by Orex of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Astral by way of a court approved plan of arrangement pursuant to the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).

SilverCrest Updates Santa Elena Resource Infill and Expansion Drilling

SilverCrest Mines Inc. is pleased to announce results of further drilling at the Santa Elena Mine in Sonora, Mexico. Seventy nine holes of a planned 100 holes have been completed to re-categorize Indicated and Inferred Resources to Probable Reserves and expand current underground Resources. To date, this drill program has been successful and will assist with resource confirmation and conversion which will be included in the upcoming Pre-Feasibility Study for the Santa Elena Expansion Project.

Sundance Minerals Drills 2.3 Meters @ 23.1G/T Gold And 4.5 Meters @ 100.4G/T Silver At San Ricardo Gold-Silver Project, Sonora, Mexico

Sundance Minerals Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has completed the Phase 1 diamond drilling program at the San Ricardo property in Sonora, Mexico. Twelve holes were drilled along a 200 meter strike length of the Santa Cruz fault/vein target and two additional holes (SR12-12&13) were drilled on the Mina Antigua vein. Results are detailed in the following table.
