The new LiDAR data will enhance 2D and 3D spatial interpretation of the historical and current geological and structural information to support initial drill program design at El Mezquite”, said Greg Davison, Silver Spruce VP Exploration.

Duane Poliquin, Chairman of Azucar commented, “With the announcement of the initial resource at the Norte target in September last year, our exploration focus is now two-fold; to better understand other near surface zones of mineralisation, such as Porvenir, and to continue our search for additional porphyry centres at the project.”

“The drill results on the first two holes are consistent with our expectations and demonstrate both the tenor and the continuity of the mineralization within the Victor vein which should add tonnage and increase the value of the Bilbao deposit, especially with the much-improved outlook for silver prices, approaching the US$30 per ounce level.”

“Finding the first consistent gold values in the historically high-grade silver-dominant Batopilas District is very exciting, especially since we can link a number of these occurrences to alteration anomalies revealed by a recent WorldView III satellite hyperspectral survey,” said Dr. Peter Megaw, Exploration Advisor to Reyna Silver. “Many anomalies remain to field check, sample and prioritize for drilling.”

Peter J. Hawley, CEO and President, remarks, “As expected, the sulphide contents of the Santa Maria vein and structure has increased and intercepted over 10 ounces of silver over 6 meters. These exceptional high- grade results intercepted at -145 meters vertically below surface will be followed up by hole SM20-03 which was designed to hit the Santa Maria structure at a vertical depth of -350 meters below surface which will be the deepest hole ever drilled on the property.”

“With the release of 122 drill holes and 8 drill rigs continually operating in Los Ricos North, our understanding of this truly large mineralized system is becoming clearer. We believe La Trini, El Favor, El Orito, and potentially a new area – Casados – will form part of an upcoming Los Ricos North initial resource to be released later this year,” said Brad Langille, President and CEO.

New IP/Resistivity sections show significant structural zones extending to depth directly below the known large scale historic silver mines. The structural zones are clearly connected with the historic mines and are possibly feeders zones for the silver mineralizing system.

Interminco and Minera Cascabel have done a good job of arranging access to the Project site with the local stakeholders and have then wasted no time in completing the initial field survey, detailed geological mapping and a review of the historical drill core.
