VANCOUVER, April 14, 2011 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Capstone Mining Corp. (TSX: CS) announced that D. Bruce McLeod has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company.
Mr. McLeod has indicated he wishes to devote more time to his role as President and CEO of Creston Moly Corp. Following completion of the proposed transaction between Creston Moly Corp. and Mercator Minerals Ltd., Mr. McLeod is slated to become the President and CEO of Mercator Minerals Ltd.
