VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwired – Dec. 12, 2013) – El Tigre Silver Corp. (“El Tigre” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:ELS)(OTCQX:EGRTF)(FRANKFURT:5RT) is pleased to announce that it will be applying to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to the extension of the expiry date of 2,232,000 common share purchase warrants issued on December 30, 2011 and January 26, 2012 from December 30, 2013 to December 30, 2014 and January 26, 2014 to January 26, 2015, respectively. These warrants were issued as part of a private placement transaction and are exercisable at $0.40 into 2,232,000 common shares of the Company.
All other terms of the warrants will remain the same.
