Fortuna Mining Corp. reported Q1 2025 gold production of 91,893 ounces and gold equivalent production of 103,459 ounces across its four active mines. The Lindero leach pad expansion was completed on time and within budget. The company repurchased 916,900 shares for $4.16 million and reaffirmed its 2025 guidance of 380,000–422,000 gold equivalent ounces.

Bear Creek Mining Corporation is pleased to announce that, further to the Company’s news releases dated March 4, 2025, March 11, 2025 and March 20, 2025, it has closed the Amending Agreements with each of Equinox Gold Corp. and Sandstorm Gold Ltd. to temporarily defer monthly interest payments from and including February 2025 to November 2025, payable pursuant to the Equinox Note, the 2024 Sandstorm Note and the Sandstorm Convertible Debenture until December 31, 2025.
Auxico Resources Canada Inc. has signed an option agreement with Concordia Silver Company S.A. de C.V. for the proposed sale of 100% of the shares of Auxico Resources S.A. de C.V., its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary.
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said on Thursday that her team was seeking to resolve issues which had led to strikes at three mines, including a large copper mine in the Cananea region in the northern state of Sonora.
