“Q2-2024 was a strong quarter for the Company and an initial demonstration of what our operating assets can deliver as we transition to over 80% silver revenue over the next year,” stated Americas President and CEO Darren Blasutti.
Arturo Préstamo, Executive Chairman and CEO of Santacruz, commented, “Strong metal prices significantly bolstered our average realized price per silver equivalent ounce sold. Coupled with robust production, Santacruz delivered a solid financial performance in Q2 2024, achieving $70 million in revenue and nearly $16 million in gross profit.”
Greg McKenzie, President and CEO, commented: “We are pleased with the high-grade results within Central Rosarios, now with six intercepts exceeding 1,000 g/t Ag.Eq. It is important to recognize this area was predicted to be blank. The results reported today extend the high-grade mineralization up to 128 m below the Indicated and Inferred Resources identified by SRK and we anticipate the drilling will have a positive impact on future Mineral Resources, both in terms of tonnage and grade.”
