“This is a very large system with this initial drilling testing an initial 630 meters of a combined 11 kms of vein strike on the property with all veins open along strike.”
Peter Hawley, President, CEO reports; “As mentioned before, the past year of exploration diamond drilling, underground diamond drilling, definition diamond drilling, and finally surface mapping and sampling, has been not only aggressive, but has resulted in over 6,900 samples collected and analyzed. This massive input of data has led our stream lined analytical team to new important understandings of the structural and mineralization controls on the western sector of the property where approximately 80% of our efforts over the past year were focused.”

“Following on from the excellent high-grade maiden JORC resource at El Refugio, dry season work has expanded drill targets along strike from El Refugio and in other parts of the district. Diamond core drilling will focus on expansion of the El Refugio resource which is open at depth and to the west as well as testing targets further along strike.”

“The first down dip holes on the El Tigre Vein at the historic mine are delivering high grade silver intercepts within a broad mineralized zone. These first holes are shallow as the mining on the northern end of the El Tigre Vein stopped at level 4 at about 80 meters from surface.”
