The Company wishes to settle an aggregate of up to $650,000 of indebtedness by the issuance of up to 9,300,000 Shares and 9,300,000 Warrants at $0.07 per Unit.

The results confirm the presence of wide and high-grade zones of silver, gold, lead and zinc mineralization, close to the surface in a new mineralized structure paralled to the San Juan Area.
