Red Oak Mining Corp. has closed, on an oversubscribed basis, its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing. The Company issued 10,423,500 units at a price of $0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,042,350.00.

“We are very pleased with the progress at Juanicipio. The metallurgical response of the mineralization is correlating well with our expectations. We will start optimizing flotation parameters over the next two quarters, which will significantly de-risk the Juanicipio plant start-up,” said George Paspalas, President and CEO.

VanGold Director Dan Oliver stated: “We are very pleased to have reached this new Agreement with Hernan and Gerardo Dorado the original venders of El Pinguico. The new terms allow VanGold to extend the cash payment portion of the Agreement out until March 2023 to allow VanGold to direct more of its resources to developing the El Pinguico Project.”
