Subsequent to the Meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Robert Eadie as Executive Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Gary Arca as Chief Financial Officer, Salvador Garcia as Chief Operating Officer and Cory Kent as Corporate Secretary.
Fred Stanford, President & CEO of Torex Gold, stated: “Extending the mineralization for another 150 metres down-dip has the potential to materially extend the mine life of ELD. The mineralization is still open at depth, and this opportunity will be drill tested in 2020.”
