Oroco Resource Corp. is pleased to announce that Mr. Ian Graham has been appointed as Vice-President of Exploration of the Company. Mr. Graham is an accomplished mining professional with over 20 years of experience in the development and exploration of mineral deposits, mostly gained with major mining companies Rio Tinto and Anglo American, including as Chief Geologist with the Project Generation Group at Rio Tinto.
First Mining has filed this Preliminary Shelf Prospectus and the Registration Statement to provide the Company with greater financial flexibility going forward but has not entered into any agreements or arrangements to authorize or offer any Securities at this time.
The assets of Yaque consists of two mineral exploration properties located within the major “Sonora Gold Belt” of northern Mexico. The projects are located between the La Colorada Gold, La India, and Mulatos Gold Mines.
