Silver Shield Resources Corp., announced today the closing of the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement which was announced on Sept 22nd, 2015. 734,000 units were sold for gross proceeds of $73,400.00 CDN. To date, the Corporation has now raised $270,000.00 CDN via the current offering.
Orex Minerals Inc. is pleased to announce that project partner Fresnillo PLC, has confirmed that they have met the exploration expenditures of the Second Investment Option stage on the Coneto Gold-Silver Project in Durango, Mexico.
