Goldgroup Mining Inc. announces that on June 29, 2015 a Mazatlán Judge denied DynaResources de México, S.A. de C.V the request for an “amparo” ,which is, by Mexican Law, an appeal to the injunction obtained by Goldgroup against DynaMex regarding the 300 new shares of DynaMex issued in favor of DynaResource, Inc.
