Radius Gold Obtains Shareholder Approval of Proposed Change of Business

Radius Gold Inc. is pleased to announce that at the annual and special meeting of the Company held today, the shareholders voted in favour of all matters brought before the meeting including the proposed change of business of the Company from a Tier 2 Mining Issuer to a Tier 1 Investment Issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Alamos Gold Inc (AGI) Declares Semiannual Dividend of $0.03

Alamos Gold announced a semiannual dividend on Wednesday, April 22nd, StockRatingsNetwork reports. Investors of record on Friday, May 15th will be paid a dividend of 0.03 per share on Friday, May 29th. This represents a dividend yield of 0.89%. The ex-dividend date is Wednesday, May 13th.

Minera Alamos Inc. Begins Phased Development of Los Verdes Mine

Minera Alamos Inc. is pleased to announce that it is re-initiating the development of its Los Verdes copper-molybdenum project in Sonora, Mexico. Development plans for the project were detailed in the Company’s Preliminary Economic Assessment issued January 12, 2012. Recent work by Minera Alamos has identified the potential for a phased approach that would begin with an initial small-scale production operation followed by an expansion towards the full project scope. Internal estimates currently target project construction to be initiated in 2016.
