Endeavour Silver Reports Record Silver Production in 4th Quarter, 2014 and 10th Consecutive Year of Higher Silver Production

Endeavour Silver Corp. reports record silver production of 2,009,172 ounces in the Fourth Quarter, 2014 (up 4% compared to the Fourth Quarter, 2013) as well as 15,127 oz gold (down 14% compared to the Fourth Quarter, 2013) from the Company’s three operating silver mines in Mexico: the Guanaceví Mine in Durango State and the Bolañitos and El Cubo Mines in Guanajuato State.

Shareholders of record on Thursday, January 15th will be given a dividend of 0.05 per share on Friday, January 23rd. This represents a yield of 2.7%. The ex-dividend date of this dividend is Tuesday, January 13th.

Radius Gold Proposes Change of Business to Investment Issuer

In light of the current state of the mineral exploration and mining sector and given the expertise and skill sets of the members of the Board of Directors and Management, the Management and Board of the Company believe that the ideal allocation of the Company’s working capital would be within the framework of a resources-focused investment company, while maintaining a limited number of mineral projects for direct exploration activities. For those reasons, the Management and Board have proposed that the Company complete the Proposed COB.

NSX Silver Announces Share Consolidation

NSX Silver Inc. announces that it has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to consolidate its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one share for every ten shares issued and outstanding. The consolidation of NSX Silver’s common shares was approved by NSX Silver’s shareholders at an annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 19, 2014.
