Pan American Goldfields Ltd. today announced that, at the request of the Company’s Board of Directors and following the annual meeting of shareholders as detailed in the Company’s press release dated June 28, 2013, the Company has been active in conducting a strategic review of operations and management to take the Cieneguita Project forward.
