International Northair Mines Announces Adoption of Advance Notice Policy

International Northair Mines Ltd. announces that the board of directors of the Company has approved an Advance Notice Policy effective May 31, 2013. The Board of Directors adopted the Advance Notice Policy to ensure, among other things, that all of the shareholders are provided with sufficient notice of the proposed alternative nominees well in advance of the any shareholder and that all of the shareholders are given ample opportunity to vote on a fully informed basis.

Bacanora Announces Completion of Pilot Plant Construction and Commencement of Commissioning

Bacanora Minerals Ltd. is pleased to announce that construction of its pilot plant in Hermosillo, Mexico is complete and it is entering the commissioning phase. Commissioning is expected to take approximately two weeks. The pilot plant will initially be supplied with colemanite-bearing material excavated from the Company’s El Cajon borate deposit located near the town of Magdalena de Kino, Sonora, Mexico. Bulk sampling of approximately 2,000 tonnes of material from the El Cajon borate deposit has been completed to use as feed for the pilot plant.

NSX Silver Reports Further Encouraging Results From Oso Blanco 2 Mining Concession In Mexico

NSX Silver Inc. is pleased to report results from its ongoing geochemical sampling and mapping program on the Huerigo area of the wholly-owned Oso Blanco 2 mining concession located in the municipality of Yecora, in Sonora State, Mexico. The Huerigo area comprises 8 km2 of highly prospective ground in the western portion of the Oso Blanco 2 concession and is located approximately 5 kilometers west-southwest of the Company’s Dios Padre Silver Project.
