Riverside Resources Inc. announces that it has acquired ownership of and control over 1,550,388 common shares of Sierra Madre Developments Inc. representing approximately 2.18% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Sierra Madre. For the first six months of 2012, net income was $121.8 million or $0.71 per share, compared to $114.1 million or $0.68 per share for the first six months of 2011. Revenues for the first six months of 2012 were $390.6 million, compared to $337.6 million for the same period in 2011.
