Bearing Advances Parrandera Gold-Copper Project, Durango, Mexico; Adit Channel Samples Return 20 Metres Grading 2.58 g/t Gold & 0.33% Copper

Bearing Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce results from its Parrandera gold-copper (+/-zinc +/-silver) prospect in the Mapimi area of northeast Durango, Mexico. Sampling from an adit constructed by historic miners returned a 20 metre weighted average interval grading 2.58 g/t gold and 0.33% copper. Samples collected the full length of the 92.73 metre long adit returned a weighted average of 0.86 g/t gold and 0.15% copper.

With a record gold production of 2.51 million ounces, Goldcorp’s 2011 production costs are estimated to total approximately $220 per ounce.

IMPACT Silver Corp. Announces Commencement of Construction at the Capire Open Pit Silver Mine

IMPACT Silver Corp. is very pleased to announce that construction of the new Capire Open Pit Silver Mine has now commenced. Capire represents a new production center in a new mining district and an opportunity that, upon successful completion of the proposed exploration and development programs, would propel IMPACT to become a multimillion ounce silver producer. Capire is located in the Mamatla Mineral District, 16 kilometers southwest of IMPACT’s active mining and processing operations at the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver District, Mexico.

La Bandera Drilling Update

Aurion Resources Ltd. is pleased to report that it’s partner AuRico Gold Inc has advised Aurion it commenced diamond drilling at La Bandera in late November and to date has completed seven diamond drillholes comprising approximately 3300 m of a proposed 6800 m program on Aurion’s wholly owned La Bandera gold project in Durango, Mexico. Assays are pending but will be reported at the end of the drill program when all assays and results have been received and compiled.
